“Play the game to change the game.” Julia Armet is a leadership coach and a matchmaking industry changemaker. She and Francesca talk hearing to and following your intuition, Human Design, the danger of “shoulds” in love and life, and how to raise the level of consciousness in dating culture, and more.
Julia Armet is a teacher and student of social politics with a philosophy that speaks: “play the system to change the system.” A graduate of New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study, Julia concentrated in Identity, studying the individual’s role in creating the cultural consciousness. As the Director of Community at Tawkify, she’s built a national community of 175 independent matchmakers united in the shared mission to be the change agents of dating culture. Inspired by thought leadership, Julia launched Higher Playbook in 2018 to honor her love of the game and her higher purpose: to shine a light on inspirational people. She hosts the Higher Playbook Collective, a weekly virtual mastermind to challenge, create, and celebrate leadership. Today, she partners with free agents— from professional athletes to professional matchmakers— to unlock their purpose and leverage their voices to create a more inclusive world.
